Friday September 5th
Ride with subway or tram to the switch yard (Rangierbahnhof Nürnberg)
Visit to the modern DB-Schenker facilities for electric locomotive maintenance
Tram ride to the restaurant at Dutzendteich station
The railroad lines Nürnberg-Ingolstadt (SFS), Nürnberg-Regensburg, Nürnberg-Altdorf (S-Bahn) and the Nürnberg Yard are visible from the restaurant
DB-Museum
Little walk in town
Saturday September 6th
Subway ride from Plärrer station to Fürth Central Station
Depart of the excursion train with the steamlocos 52 8195 and 41 018 to Meiningen
Meiningen: visit of the steam loco maintenance shop
Return trip to Nürnberg
Sunday September 7th
Nürnberg Central Station
Departure of the historic "Burgring-tramway" to the "St. Peter-Tramway Museum"
Possible trip with a historic Bus-Extratrip to Zirndorf
Return trip with historic tramway to Tiergärtnertor station
Turistic visit to the Kaiserburg (emperor´s castle), the Dürerhauses (residence of Albrecht Dürer) and the historic old town of Nürnberg
